Mock Court - You Be The Judge! - Brisbane

We are excited to offer this unique learning experience in the Moot Court rooms of the University of Qld to make the expereince even more real!

Mock Court International will present a fictitious case in The Planning and Environment Court (QLD) : Department of Environment and Science vs Bent Australia Pty Limited. There will be audience participation, with workshop delegates playing various roles as the case proceeds. This experience will develop the audience's understanding of personal and organisational accountability and what is expected in terms of statutory and environmental management system compliance. This in turn will provide greater clarity around responsibilities and offer insights on leveraging more environmentally sound and efficient business outcomes.

Having prosecuted and trained corporates in the criminal compliance space over the past 25 years, Bruce Whitehead is confident that "taking the delegates to Court" will be eye-opening and an experience you will never forget.
